Storytellers through chocolate

Mirzam is the Arabic name of a star — “the herald” — whose rising once signalled the harvest of ripe dates and guided traders across the seas. The chocolate maker sources cocoa and spices from the regions along the historic maritime spice routes, where Dubai sat at the centre.

Each bar is embossed with a wave pattern in memory of the seafaring traders, and each collection — from the Spice Route origins to the Emirati heritage flavours — is wrapped in illustrated artwork that maps its journey.
